HOW WE WORK |
![]() Each university is unique, with a distinctive philosophy and method of educating students. When comparing schools from different countries the differences are even more pronounced. Leveraging our extensive experience and knowledge of higher education in the United States, IntBizEd applies a consultative approach to creating study-in-the US programs. We take the time to understand your educational philosophy, university mission, strategic plans, and admission procedure. We then bring together interested parties to confirm the background and objectives of the program and ensure alignment of all goals, roles and responsibilities. After we understand our client’s background IntBizEd taps into our existing knowledge to identify possible host universities in the United States. We assess their curricula offerings and estimate how well they match the opportunities you are seeking. When we agree on a host university, we obtain collaborative approval on the program elements from all interested parties. Working with our client and the US partner, we create the curriculum: the syllabus, the number of courses, the subject matter with brief descriptions, and the timeline. IntBizEd works with the host institute to establish the grading structure and model for translating grades from the American system to yours. We also identify potential professors, conduct interviews and working as a liaison to ensure the selected professors have the best to offer in their area of expertise. IntBizEd identifies, hires and trains the onsite administrator, resident director and international student advisors. We design the student admissions criteria and the application process for the study- abroad program, including the identification of potential students and the testing process. Once contracted with the host university, we set up the program schedule, including seminars with guest speakers, and arrange visits with American companies to have hands-on experience in their offices. At the launch of the program, we organize the welcome and orientation event and provide a detailed guidebook for students containing visa information, housing options, and a wealth of cultural activities for the enrichment of the students while in the United States. Each week the onsite
administrator provides a report highlighting the week’s activities and
identifies potential issues, then documents resolutions. At the
conclusion of the program, we also conduct a survey to solicit feedback
for continued improvement and overall customer satisfaction. |
